Dafrood,
if i were to try the test line, i'd try it in several different ways; diffferent intonations, different attitudes, plus in any accent i thought i could do well. i'd guess that you may have to cover several different characters in different situations, different moods, activities, etc. of course, i could be wrong. Face may have other plans. he may be looking for just a couple voices here and there and someone practicing one particular way to say one certain line may actually be the right way to go.
i think i just confused myself. :-[
